Have you been booed yet? Booing is a fun Halloween tradition where you secretly place a gift at a friend or neighbor’s front door, ring their bell, and run and hide. Included in the boo package is a sign to be hung so others know the at the particular house has already been booed. Once you have been booed, it is hoped that you will pay it forward to another, spreading the goodwill gesture on. It’s a nice Halloween tradition that builds community. This year to surprise a neighbor, we made up a bright, colorful Hey Boo! set. These Hey Boo! Halloween Cookies are made from our delicious gluten-free chocolate sugar cookie recipe. This recipe does not spread and the dark background looks great with the brighter royal icing colors we use.
